Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance, liquidity and operational efficiency on financial performance with capital structure as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and the number of companies that meet the criteria is 465 companies. The results of this research prove that good corporate governance and operational efficiency have an effect on financial performance, and liquidity has no effect on financial performance. Other results state that capital structure is able to moderate the relationship between good corporate governance, liquidity and operational efficiency on financial performance.
