Abstract

Waduk Gajah Mungkur is a tourist attraction located in Wonogiri, Central Java. This tourist attraction is famous as one of the natural tourist destinations that offers beautiful scenery and fauna diversity. In Waduk Gajah Mungkur, there are various types of animals. These animals must be given health services. Animal health services at Waduk Gajah Mungkur are aimed at improving the quality of health care for animals. With the increasing number of visitors, the need to maintain animal health and welfare is becoming increasingly important. This system is designed to provide complete information on animal types, health conditions, and examination and treatment schedules. Through the use of information technology, this system makes it easier for animal health workers to monitor, document, and obtain information related to animal health. With this system, it is hoped that it can optimize animal health care. The implementation of this system is also expected to contribute to animal conservation efforts. The design process of this information system uses the waterfall method. Starting with an evaluation of existing problems. Next, the design stage. Third, the implementation or coding phase, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, and the Laravel framework. Fourth, the testing stage. In this process, Black Box Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) are applied. Fifth, operation and maintenance. The results of the Black Box Testing test show that all functions operate well. In addition, the System Usability Scale (SUS) test obtained a score of 87.27273 which is included in the Acceptable category with a Grade B Scale and Very Good Adjective Assessment.
