Abstract
The training of regional regulations (Perda) is the law of the regional government to establish rules and policies to support the implementation of the region's autonomy, according to Article 18 of the Paragraph (2) of the Communist Constitution 1945 Mix Indonesia. Perda works as the lowest regulations in the legal decentralization system and regulations and has a direct impact on the company. This study aims to check the implementation of the principles of law formation and provisions in the provisions of Sukoharjo Regency 4 years in 2023 regarding the control and monitoring of alcoholic beverages. The method used is a description of the legal-controlled approach, related to the main, secondary and university data through interviews and document research. The analysis results show that although this has been lost, some of the training principles have been implemented, there are gaps about the approval of Regent's regulations that are implemented, affecting the effective implementation. This study recommends that regional governments are more cautious in drafting regulations and increasing monitoring of Perda implementation to minimize abuse permits and ensure community compliance.
