Abstract
Landslide vulnerability is a condition or state of an area that has the potential or risk of experiencing landslides. This study was conducted in Gedangsari Sub-district, which has a high chance of landslide vulnerability. Factors that can affect the high or low landslide vulnerability in Gedangsari Sub-district are influenced by several factors namely the rainfall, type soil, slope gradient, land use. Purpose of the study is to (1) Analyze the level of landslide vulnerability in Gedangsari District and (2) Analyze the distribution of shelters/mitigation sites. The methods used in this study are scoring weighting, overlay and field surveys. The results of this study are (1) Gedangsari Sub-district is included in the high landslide vulnerability classification, this is proven based on the results of the scoring weighting calculation. The parameters that greatly affect landslide vulnerability in Gedangsari Sub-district are the Slope gradient parameters with a class of 25-45% with a weight of 16 landslide vulnerability areas of 2651.44 hectares. The land area of each landslide vulnerability classification in Gedangsari Sub- district is 578.82 hectares of low classification, 3008.06 hectares of medium classification, and 3242.53 hectares of high classification. (2) To determine the shelter point or mitigation point, it is determined based on public facilities in Gedangsari Sub-district. Public facilities such as health facilities, education, places of worship, and government facilities such as sub-district/village/district offices. There are 20 shelter points or mitigation sites spread across Gedangsari Sub-district based on the RBI map with the total capacity based on BNPB Regulation No. 8 of 2007 and Google Earth. The total capacity of all shelters or mitigation sites in Gedangsari Sub-district is 9893 refugees.
