Abstract

Independent Study is one of the Independent Campus Programs, which provides students with the opportunity to directly engage in solving actual problems faced by society. This writing is based on the Independent Study activities at PT Amati Karya Indonesia, which focuses on sustainable economy. The business design chosen as the final project is the cultivation of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae as an alternative feed for poultry and fish farming. The cultivation of BSF maggots is an innovative way to support a green economy and sustainable business. The cultivation of BSF maggots is chosen because of their potential as a high-protein, environmentally friendly source. The use of organic waste as cultivation medium supports the circular economy.
