Abstract

Koi fish are one of the popular ornamental fish, often kept to beautify the yard or for cultivation activities. However, routine feeding every 12 hours with a dose of 50 grams for five fish can be a challenge, especially for owners with high levels of activity. As a solution, an automatic feeding device integrated with the Telegram Bot was developed. This tool allows owners to provide feed remotely, set a feeding schedule, and monitor the last feeding time. This tool works using a microcontroller with the main components of ESP8266 and G90 servo motors, which automatically distribute feed. Before use, testing is carried out to determine the amount of feed that is appropriate for the number of fish being kept. This tool is also connected to the internet via the Telegram Bot to support remote monitoring and control. This system uses components such as the ESP8266 module, RTC DS3231, G90 servo motor, I2C LCD, buzzer. Testing is carried out to evaluate the level of accuracy of the tool, where there is a difference between the reference value and the measurement results with a digital scale. In the feeding test, the minimum error value was recorded at 1.06%, the average error value was 3.1%, and the maximum error value reached 11.11% after 10 times of tool testing. From the results of the test of the tool used, the tool is still feasible and in accordance with the standards for feeding koi fish
