Abstract
Health facilities in the community are the basis for access to facilities that must be adequate and must be equitable. As the population grows, the demand for health services increases. One of the imperatives of health service provision is concern for social and spatial justice.The distribution of health services in Pekalongan Regency has several areas that still lack health facilities, especially in rural areas. The accessibility of health services in Pekalongan Regency is still low. This is caused by several factors, such as distance traveled, availability of health services, and transportation costs. The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution pattern of health facilities in Pekalongan Regency and to analyze the reach of health facilities to settlements in Pekalongan Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative.The analysis methods used are the ANN (Average Nearest Neighbor) approach, Hotspot kernel density and Buffering analysis. The results of this study show the results of ANN processing of nearest neighbor ratios of hospital distribution patterns are dispersed (Dispersed), health center distribution patterns are clustered (Clustered), clinic distribution patterns are random (Random) and doctor practice distribution patterns are clustered (Dispersed). Hotspot kernel density of health facilities lowest density 0 lowest densitiy and highest level 0.96 highest density. The distribution of health facilities affects people's access to quality health services, especially for those living in highland areas. The reach of health facilities to settlements is categorized into 2 categories based on the topography of the height of a place (in MDPL units), which can provide an overview of the condition of the area, namely lowlands and highlands. Hospitals with a radius of 4.5 km² have the highest coverage of settlements at 90.19 km² in Kecamatan Kedungwuni. Health centers with a radius of 3 km² have the highest coverage area of 93.66 km². Clinic with a radius of 1.5 km² has the highest coverage area of 69.43 km² and doctor's practice with a radius of 1.5 km² has the highest coverage area of 32.48 km² in Kecamatan Kajen. Kedungwuni and Kajen sub-districts are the urban centers of Pekalongan Regency's government, so the reach of health facilities is wider due to their strategic location, making them the main access centers for the community. Based on SNI 03-1733-2004, health facilities have minimum service standards on capacity and the number of supporting populations, from the results of the analysis it shows that the number of health facilities in Pekalongan Regency has not yet met all health facilities standards.
