Abstract
This study aims to determine the recruitment system in Sharia Multi Level Marketing applied by Halal Mart Business Center HPAI Cikarang Barat, knowing the extent to which the role of Sharia Multi Level Marketing members carries out their role as buyers as well as sellers, knowing the views of Islamic economic ethics on the recruitment system of Sharia Multi Level Marketing at Halal Mart Business Center HPAI Cikarang Barat has been in accordance with Islamic law or not. The type of research used in this thesis is qualitative research with descriptive method. The object of this research is Halal Mart Business Center HPAI Cikarang Barat with data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. In addition, data sources are also used, namely primary data and secondary data to support research. From the results of this study, it shows that the Sharia Multi Level Marketing recruitment system at the West Cikarang Business Center is carried out in one way, namely by introducing the P. C. A method or Wear, Tell, and Invite. As for the explanation of the distribution of commissions, the product marketing system, and the responses of the members of the Sharia Multi Level Marketing Business Center Cikarang Barat. In the view of sharia economic ethics on the practice of Sharia Multi Level Marketing recruitment system is in accordance with the ethics of Islamic law because it upholds the values of justice, honesty, trust, and avoids ghara practices.
