Abstract
In the Kali Kemiri Bridge project, planning was conducted using conventional methods. The substructure, one of the most critical components, was designed solely with 2D drawings, leading to frequent errors due to inaccuracies and the complexity of volume calculations, which impacted both the budget plan and project schedule. This study aims to produce an estimated budget calculation using Autodesk Revit and a scheduling plan using Autodesk Navisworks for the bridge's substructure, which will then be compared with data collected from the project. This research employs the Building Information Modeling (BIM) method, which can improve efficiency in budget estimation and scheduling. Using BIM helps to reduce planning errors, as potential issues can be identified early, greatly assisting planners and preventing mistakes during execution. The study reveals a budget plan difference of 0.03% less than the project's original estimate and a scheduling plan that is 91 workdays faster than project data. Thus, the BIM method can effectively minimize errors, reduce project costs, and decrease the likelihood of construction delays
