Abstract

The current unstable economy in Indonesia has resulted in soaring unemployment and poverty rates in Indonesia. The high unemployment rate of Generation Z (Gen Z) is due to the majority of them not being ready to work. Through the Independent Entrepreneurship (WMK) program, it provides challenges and opportunities for developing creativity, capacity, and developing independence. One of the business ventures that we run is "Frozen Catfish". This study aims to determine the business feasibility of the Yellow Seasoned Frozen Catfish Business, this business can be reviewed from several aspects, namely the production aspect consisting of seeding, harvesting, and seasoning. the marketing aspect consists of market analysis, competitor analysis, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, and risk analysis. and the last is the financial aspect consisting of BEP of 21 pack, Contribution Margin of Rp 8,117/pack and Payback Period of 8,4 months. Based on the results of calculations from the financial aspect, the sales results are greater than BEP, so this business can be said to be feasible.
