Abstract
The assembly process is a task prone to errors, especially when multiple components need to be assembled, as in the assembly process of the New Holland TT3.50 tractor. Fuel Pro is one type of fuel filter designed to provide effective protection for the engine’s fuel system. This filter functions to trap dirt, small particles, and other contaminants within the fuel system, ensuring that the fuel reaching the engine is clean. Additionally, Fuel Pro can separate water present in the fuel to prevent corrosion and sediment buildup. By filtering impurities and separating water, Fuel Pro helps maintain engine efficiency, optimizing fuel performance. This paper aims to identify the steps in the tractor assembly process with the addition of the Fuel Pro FH236, and to understand the impact before and after the addition of the Fuel Pro FH236 on the tractor. The analysis method involves direct observation of the unit and calculating the fuel flow rate through Fuel Pro. The results of these observations and calculations serve as the basis for analyzing the issue. To gain more detailed insights, the assembly process of the New Holland TT3.50 tractor and the installation of Fuel Pro, along with an analysis of the fuel flow rate through the Fuel Pro filter, need to be conducted. Following the tractor assembly process of the New Holland TT3.50, installation of Fuel Pro, and the analysis of the fuel flow rate through Fuel Pro, the results for the steps in assembling the New Holland TT3.50 tractor include the installation of the front and rear wheels, left and right fenders, canopy, exhaust, and the Fuel Pro FH236. The results of the flow rate analysis indicate that adding the Fuel Pro FH236 does not affect the fuel flow rate of the tractor, which remains at 40.81 mL/s, while the tractor’s fuel consumption is 1,111 mL/s.
