Abstract

Islam is a religion that teaches belief in one God, Allah, who has no son. An agreement is an act by which one or more people bind themselves to one or more people. In the Civil Code Article 131. Compensation in agreements between suppliers and shopkeepers is governed by the principles of contract law that generally apply in various countries, including Indonesia. The analysis of rogue suppliers at Berkah Jaya Sribit Building Shop aims to identify forms of fraud, understand the impact on businesses and consumers, and provide recommendations based on Islamic law. This research is juridical empirical and descriptive, with data obtained through interviews. The results showed that the sales and purchase agreement at Berkah Jaya Building Materials Store is valid even though it is done orally, in accordance with Civil Code Article 1320, by emphasizing the principles of justice, honesty, and trustworthiness.
