Abstract

The dynamics of the discourse of ushul fiqh are currently experiencing contextualization, the role of maqashid sharia as the goal of implementing sharia is a necessity to be renewed in accordance with its challenges, namely Jasser Auda with the maqashid sharia system approach device, he renews the five aspects in the basis of maqashid sharia by making the goal of sharia the key to seeing existing problems. This study aims to analyze Jasser Auda's thoughts on the concept of Maqashid Sharia through a System approach to Islamic Economic Law in Indonesia. Through a qualitative descriptive research approach. We collect data from related literature, policy documents. We analyze the development of the Maqashid Sharia theory in efforts to boost the development of Islamic Economic Law in Indonesia. The results of the study indicate that Jasser Auda's Maqashid Sharia theory is very relevant in efforts to restore the role of Islamic Sharia in building a contextual discourse on Islamic Economic Law. The dynamics of Islamic Economic Law in Central Indonesia are developing rapidly, so the results of this study also help build the discourse of thought above so that the implementation of Islamic Economic Law in Indonesia is able to compete with the conditions of the times. based on Maqashid Syariah as a basis for determining the goals of Islam that are in accordance with today's context.
