Abstract
Independent Campus is an initiative that provides opportunities for students to explore their potential and interests more broadly by developing themselves outside the classroom. Through the Independent Campus program, students can participate in various programs offered such as Entrepreneurship, Independent Study, Certified Internship, Student Exchange, and even Campus Teaching. One of the Independent Campus activities that the author participated in was the Certified Independent Study Internship, which was organized by PT BTPN Syariah Tbk, as part of the Independent Campus program. Ultra-micro MSMEs in Matesih District have great potential to improve the local economy. This study analyzes the effectiveness of the economic empowerment program implemented by BTPN Syariah in developing the marketing and entrepreneurial capacities of ultra-micro MSME customers. Through the Facilitator Companion program, it was found that the program successfully increased customers' knowledge of digital marketing strategies, improved customers' ability to develop marketing and entrepreneurship, and expanded customers' marketing networks. These findings indicate that targeted empowerment programs can be a catalyst for the growth of ultra-micro MSMEs and improve people's welfare.
