Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of organizational culture as a mediating influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and turnover intention at the kartika sinar persada skills training institute (lpk) in salatiga, while the research method used is quantitative correlation analysis using smart pls 3 with a sample of 40 employees. The results of this research indicate that transformational leadership has been proven to have a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership is proven to have a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention, transformational leadership is proven to have a positive and significant effect on organizational culture, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and organizational culture is proven to have a positive and insignificant effect on turnover intention. While organizational culture partially mediates transformational leadership on job satisfaction, organizational culture partially mediates transformational leadership on turnover intention.
