Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between self-concept and resilience with the entrepreneurial motivation of individuals with physical disabilities. In this study, self-concept and resilience are among the factors that influence the entrepreneurial motivation of individuals with physical disabilities. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-concept and resilience with the entrepreneurial motivation of individuals with physical disabilities. This research was conducted at BBRSPDF "Prof. Dr. Soeharso" Surakarta with a total of 30 subjects using population research. The criteria are physical disabilities aged 18 – 40 years. The research method is quantitative with measurement tools in the form of scales, namely the self-concept scale, resilience scale, and entrepreneurial motivation scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, which obtained an F value of 3.83, an R value of 0.47, and a significance value of 0.034. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between the resilience variable and entrepreneurial motivation. Whereas the self-concept variable does not have a significant relationship with entrepreneurial motivation.
