Abstract
Landslides are natural disasters caused by natural phenomena and human actions in managing land. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research conducted in Kecamatan Kemalang District, Klaten Regency using data analysis in the form of overlays. The results of the study show that the cause of landslides can occur due to several factors such as rainfall, land use and slope slope, besides that, the level of landslide vulnerability in Kecamatan Kemalang District is highest at the slope between 25-45%, while with an area of 699.22 Ha, while the level of landslides reaches an area of 2,651.93 Ha.
