Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Instagram account @jajansolo in sharing culinary information through the Circular Model of Some (SOME) model by Regina Luttrell. This study is a qualitative study with a purpose sampling technique. The collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews involving two sources from the internal team. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely managing, reducing and presenting data. Data verification using source triangulation. The results of the study showed that at the share stage,@jajansolo shared information honestly and added value to the account and invited the audience to continue participating. At the optimize stage, it was done by listening to conversations through the hashtags they created and studying the conversations. At the manage stage, it was done by media monitoring with the Instagram feature to find out which content was relevant and which was not and responding quickly to criticism and real-time interaction with two-way communication. At the engage stage, @jajansolo used influencers who had the same value as the account.
