Abstract
ISMUBA is a curriculum, system and educational standardization that is the characteristic and advantage of Muhammadiyah schools. Muhammadiyah's consistency in the world of education is a concern for all elements of society which is an effort to build a better scientific spirit in the world of education. There are values contained in ISMUBA education. Ahmad Dahlan as the founder of Muhammadiyah views that the three ideas of religion, life and education are interconnected and integrated into the pillars of progressive educational thinking. This research aims to describe the internalization process of ISMUBA values and its implications for students and collegiate of Muhammadiyah Program Khusus of Junior High School in Surakarta. This research is a type of qualitative research that is descriptive and based on field research. Data collection used used interview, observation and documentation methods. The results obtained from this study are divided into three discussions, namely the learning process, internalization of ISMUBA values in students, and implications and influences on life of collegiate's outlook. The ISMUBA learning process with four strategies carried out by teachers, namely lectures, practices, use of technology, and question-answers. Meanwhile, the internalization of ISMUBA values involved 34 teachers and education personnel who became role models and 364 students who became subjects with two stages, namely the introduction of ISMUBAand the application and habituation of ISMUBA values. And the implications of ISMUBA's values for collegiate's outlook on life are interpreted by collegiate who realize that ISMUBA is the foundation and strengthening of their survival, the more benefits there are from the value of ISMUBA education, the more alumni understand Islam from theoretical and implementation experiences and practices which develop into a way of life for collegiates.
