Abstract
This research aims to examine the relationship between perceptions of the work environment and work engagement with organizational commitment in student activists. The population of this research is UKM activists and ormawa from Faculty X, University of Data regarding perceptions of the work environment, work engagement, and organizational commitment were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show that perceptions of the work environment and work engagement have a significant relationship with organizational commitment, as indicated by the result of p 0.009 (<0.05) where these results support the first hypothesis. Perception of the work environment also shows a significant positive relationship with organizational commitment, as indicated by the calculation result of p 0.028 (<0.05) where these results support the results of the second hypothesis. And also work engagement has a significant positive relationship with organizational commitment, which is indicated by the result of p 0.020 (<0.05) where these results support the third hypothesis statement
