Abstract
This research aims to investigate the influence of alum and lime juice as mordants, as well as the dipping frequency of teak leaf extract on fabric dyeing outcomes. Experimental methods were employed with variations in the use of mordants and lime juice, along with different dipping frequencies of teak leaf extract on the same fabric. The results indicate that the combination of alum and lime juice with varying dipping frequencies of teak leaf extract produces significant color variations on the fabric. These findings demonstrate the potential use of teak leaf extract as a natural dye with modifications under specific conditions to achieve desired results
