Abstract
Quality education is the key to building an advanced and sustainable society. Indonesia as one of the developing countries has implemented one of the goals stated in the 1945 Constitution, namely educating the nation's life and every Indonesian citizen has the right to receive quality education according to their interests and talents regardless of social status, race, ethnicity, religion, gender, and geographical conditions. Based on this description, the problem formulation and objectives of this study are to analyze the distribution pattern of senior high schools in Sragen Regency and to analyze the use of spatial data in the form of coordinate points in the field of education and to analyze the distribution of senior high school education in Sragen Regency. mlah high school age population. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, secondary data processing will be processed where the results are in the form of descriptions. The data used in this study are data on the number of distribution of high schools in Sragen Regency and data on the total population of high school age in Sragen Regency. The population used in this study were all high schools in Sragen Regency. There are 24 schools and 54 vocational schools. This research was conducted by collecting data by utilizing Google Earth Pro to find the coordinates of the distribution of SMA Sederajat in Sragen Regency. The resulting map was then subjected to Nearest Neighbor Analysis (NNA) to determine the spatial pattern of distribution of SMA Sederajat in Sragen Regency. Based on the processed school distribution pattern map, it shows that it is included in the clustered pattern. Overall, Kabupaten Sragen achieved an APK value of 93.13%, which is categorized as a high participation rate. The results of the HotSpot Analysis processing show that Sragen Sub-district is indicated as a HotSpot area because Sragen Sub-district has the most educational facilities, namely 17 units. So it can be concluded that educational facilities in Sragen Regency are unevenly distributed because Gemolong Sub-district has a small APK of 74.6% where the number of high school age population is more than the number of students, so it can be said that the number of educational facilities in Gemolong Sub-district has not been able to accommodate all the high school age population.
