Abstract
Some of the BEM faculty organizations at UMS show less than optimal performance. Purpose of the research to examine the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on organizational performance. mmethod used in this research is quantitative Population used were faculty level BEM administrators at UMS, totaling 720, sampling technique namely random sampling and a sample of 88 organization of BEM. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and measuring instrument using a psychological scale. Research result There is a significant influence of organizational culture and work motivation on organizational performance with a calculated F value of 45.168 > F table 3.10 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Hypothesis first minor There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on organizational performance with a calculated T value of 2.703 > t table 1.988 and a Sig value of 0.008 < 0.05. Second minor hypothesis there is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on organizational performance with a calculated T value of 4.475 > t table 1.988 and a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. Effective contribution the variables of organizational culture and work motivation on organizational performance are 51.5%. The organizational culture variable is 18.42% and work motivation is 33.09%. Performance categorization the organization's RH is 47.5 and RE is 64.07, so the organization's performance is classified as very high with a percentage of 85.2%. The categorization of organizational culture as RH 15 and RE 21.7 means that organizational culture is classified as very high with a percentage of 87.5%. The categorization of work motivation as RH 45 and RE 65.95 means that work motivation is classified as very high with a percentage of 97.7%.
