Abstract
Rapid population growth will affect the number of Muslim residents, which is the majority religion followed in Karangdadap District. The availability of the number of mosques in Karangdadap District is in the lowest position in Pekalongan Regency, so it is necessary to provide worship facilities that are even and according to standards. The objectives of this research are 1) Analyze the distribution pattern of mosques in Karangdadap District, Pekalongan Regency in 2023; 2) Analyze the needs of mosques for the Muslim population in Karangdadap District, Pekalongan Regency in 2023; and 3) Analyze the reach of mosques to the Muslim population in Karangdadap District, Pekalongan Regency in 2023. The method used is descriptive quantitative and direct survey. The analysis method used is the ANN approach and Buffering analysis. The results of this research show that the ANN processing results are 1.40 so that the mosque pattern is dispersed. The need for mosques in Karangdadap District is based on the number of SNI mosques, the villages that have not met them are Kebonrowo Pucang Village, Kebonsari Village, and Kalilembu Village; based on the SNI floor and land area, the villages that do not comply are Kebonrowo Pucang Village and Kaligawe Village; Based on mosque capacity, the only village that has fulfilled it is Pangkah Village. The reach of mosque worship facilities covers 43% of residential areas or 2,136,652 m2 for a loudspeaker radius of 300 m, and the affordable residential area is 98% or 4,904,653 m2 for a service radius based on SNI of 1000 m.
