Abstract

With the rapid development of science and technology, every aspect of society's life is experiencing changes. One of these developments is the internet. The Internet can be used for entertainment purposes, such as playing online games, and Internet technology is developing rapidly. Online games are video games that require an internet connection. Online games are games that can be played alone or in groups with other people and are played via the internet. Online games like PUBG Mobile can make us forget about social situations, remain silent and pour out our emotions into the game because of the lack of human interaction that cannot be separated from the internet. This research combines descriptive and qualitative research methods. This research aims to determine the game separation process used by junior high school age teenagers (13-15) when playing online games. This research uses a sampling method known as, where the researcher collects data from selected studies according to the researcher's criteria. Researchers will use this technique by conducting in-depth interviews for each research topic and then carrying out the next stage of data analysis. Data collection, data analysis, data presentation, and inference are the four categories of data analysis techniques used by researchers. Triangles can be used to verify information. Findings show that junior high school students commit violent acts such as hitting classmates, fighting with parents, verbally or verbally hurting themselves, and showing aggressive behavior such as angry facial expressions, cursing, and throwing things.
