Abstract
The point of this exploration is to decide policing endeavors to handle criminal demonstrations of phony news (tricks) as per positive regulation and to figure out the obstructions to policing managing counterfeit news (scams). The exploration utilized is regulating research where the kind of examination is enlightening, the assortment strategy utilizes library research, and the information source comes from essential legitimate materials comprising of the Crook Code, Regulation No. 1 of 1946 concerning Criminal Regulation Guidelines, Regulation No. 11 of 2008 concerning Data and Exchanges. Electronics, Law No. 19 of 2016 on the Dissemination of Hoaxes, and secondary legal materials come from legal journals, secondary legal materials, and qualitative data analysis was used in this study. The consequences of this examination are as legitimate guidelines in managing lie news, which are controlled in legal guidelines in regards to scam news, deception news is directed in the Crook Code Article 390, Regulation No. 11 of 2008 Article 28 section 1, Article 45 passage 1 and Regulation No. 1 of 1946 Article 14 sections 1, 2 and Article 45, as well as in policing managing the spread of lie news there are a few deterrents, in particular substance factors, policemen variables, and offices and foundation factors.
