Abstract

Through social media, one TikTok account, @pandawaragroup, utilises social media as an account to influence individuals and groups on awareness in caring for the environment. The formulation of the problem of this study is, how the influence of exposure to information on environmental awareness #onedayonetrashbag on TikTok @pandawaragroup uploads on the attitudes of its followers. The theory used in this research is the S-O-R theory. The form of research uses quantitative research methods that are explanatory in nature. Questionnaire data collection using a Likert scale, which will be given online via direct message to 100 followers of TikTok @pandawaragroup. Based on the results of the t test analysis, it is found that the Ha value is accepted, which shows that there is an influence on the exposure of Pandawara Group information on social media to encourage followers' environmental care intentions. There is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable which shows an influence of 39.9%, meaning that there is an influence between the exposure of environmental information #onedayonetrashbag on TikTok @pandawaragroup account uploads on the attitudes of its followers. The next recommendation is to compare the influence of Pandawara Group's content uploads on TikTok social media, with Pandawara Group's content uploads on other platforms such as Instagram. This can be done to help identify which platform is more effective in disseminating environmental awareness information.
