Abstract

Sukoharjo is a district in Central Java Province, which is an industrial area in the textile sector. One of the largest informal textile industries in Sukoharjo Regency is in Krajan Village, which produces beach cloth and ready-to-sell clothing. Mental health is an important aspect in realizing comprehensive well-being. Mental health disorders in women can occur at any age, with several symptoms, namely abnormal thoughts, emotions, behavior and relationships with other people. Meanwhile, the risk factor for the danger of work fatigue among female workers in the informal textile industry comes from the type of work carried out by the workers, namely measuring fabric, packing, etc. This study aims to analyze the relationship between physical activity and health literacy with mental health and work fatigue in female workers in the informal textile industry. This is a quantitative observational researchs, with a population of 99 female workers in the Krajan village work area. The research sample used was all members of the population (total sampling) of 99 people. The data analysis methods used are Univariate and Bivariate analysis. The results of this research show that there is no significant relationship between the level of physical activity and health literacy and work fatigue in female workers in the informal textile industry with a p-value of 0.494 and 0.757. There is a significant relationship between physical activity and mental health with a p-value 0.000 and there is a significant relationship between health literacy and mental health with a p-value of 0.000
