Abstract

The development of tourism is increasingly growing, which is associated with the increasing population in Indonesia. Bogor Regency is one of the popular tourist destinations in Indonesia. The identity of Bogor Regency is inseparable from the presence of tea plantations in the Puncak Bogor area. The number of tourists increases every year, leading to the emergence of uncontrolled tourism infrastructure and buildings. Road construction, resort development, hotels, and restaurants have disregarded sustainability principles, resulting in deforestation, soil erosion, and water and air pollution. The purpose of planning the area is to utilize the vast natural potential of Agrotourism in Kampung Pondok Rawa to maintain environmental balance. Kampung Pondok Rawa is located in Cisarua District, Bogor. Kampung Pondok Rawa, not far from the alternative route to Puncak Bogor, is surrounded by hills and tea plantations. If managed properly, it has great potential as an attractive tourist area due to its natural beauty and various local attractions such as tea craftsmen and glass craftsmen, which can attract tourists to cottage industries. The research method used through field surveys, interviews, and literature studies with village officials, and qualitative data analysis. The research results obtained proposals for the planning of the Kampung Pondok Rawa agrotourism area with an eco-cultural approach along with integrated supporting facilities with the community.
