Abstract
The growth of cosmetic companies has experienced very rapid growth from 2022 with 913 companies then in 2023 there will be 1,010 companies, This indicates that there is an increase in sales and a large number of cosmetic products in Indonesia. This increase in development in the world of cosmetics makes each company must be able to compete to attract the attention of consumers and be able to maintain their respective companies which can be pursued through service quality, brand image, customer trust, customer satisfaction which in the end is expected to increase repurches intention in each company. The research sample was 160 participants from one of the beauty clinics in Surakarta. The method used for this sampling is purposive sampling which is analyzed using SmartPLS SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling). The results of the analysis show that Service quality has no effect on Repurchase Intention but can be influenced when mediated by customer trust and customer satisfaction. Brand image has a direct and indirect influence on Repurchase Intention mediated by customer trust and customer satisfaction. The study improves understanding of consumer behavior in the cosmetics sector by providing practical insights to improve Service quality and build customer trust, which in turn increases loyalty and repeat purchases. The results of this research are expected to be used as a foundation for beauty clinics in building and maintaining their respective companies.
