Abstract
The study of the Impact Analysis of the Semar Statue Edupark Tourism Development on the Social and Economic Aspects of the Community in Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency aims to (1) analyze the impact of the Semar Statue Edupark tourism development on the social conditions of the community in Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency, and (2) analyze the impact of the Semar Statue Edupark tourism development on the economic conditions of the community in Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency. This study uses a survey method by conducting direct observations in the field directly and interviews with the community and traders around the Semar Statue Edupark tourism. The analyze technique in this study use the binary logistic regression analyze method. Binary logistic regression analysis is used to determine the occurrence of influence (1) and no influence on the development of the Semar Statue Edupark tourism (0). The results of this study are that the development of the Semar statue edupark tourism has an impact on changes in the social and economic conditions of the community around the Semar statue edupark tourism. The development of the Semar statue edupark tourism has a positive impact on social conditions such as environmental security and environmental cleanliness are increasingly maintained due to tourism and has a positive impact on the economic conditions of the community such as increasing employment opportunities, increasing income.
