Abstract
Determining suitable growth center aims to prevent regional disparities and make it easier to access facilities. The purpose of this study to determine the position of sub-district that have the opportunity to become growth center and hinterland areas ini Sleman Regency, analyze the spatial interaction of growth centers and hinterland areas in Sleman Regency, and analyze the suitability of growth centers and hinterland areas in Sleman Regency with the spatial document planning (RTRW) Sleman Regency 2021-2041. The methode use is descriptive quantitative using scalogram analysis and centrality index, centrality analysis based on konig and shimbel, and gravity analysis. The result showed that Mlati Subdistrict, Depok Subdistrict, Ngaglik Subdistrict, Kalasan Subdistrict, Ngemplak Subdistrict, and Sleman Subdistrict are the growth center in Sleman Regency. The subdistrict that have the highest interaction value with the growth center is Ngaglik subdistrict. Based on comparison between analysis result and spatial document planning (RTW) Sleman Regency 2021-2041 there are differences, for this reason adjustments are made between analysis result by recommending subdistrct that have potential to become growth center and hinterland areas in Sleman Regency.
