Abstract

Currently, the internet has become an essential need for all segments of society, especially for business purposes, both as a promotional tool and as a supporter of other activities that will clearly facilitate various tasks. By using the internet, greater opportunities can be obtained by business actors, especially as a promotional tool. The impact of Covid-19 has resulted in a decline in sales for several business sectors. UMKM are one of the largest sectors affected by Covid-19. One of them, Ratu Ayu Decoration, is an UMKM engaged in decoration services. However, due to the impact of Covid-19 and the increasingly advanced technological developments, this UMKM is having difficulty implementing digital technology to promote their services to customers, making it difficult for customers to know the services provided by Ratu Ayu Decoration due to the limited accessible information. From this problem, the researcher will create a website designed to facilitate customers in accessing information about the services offered by Ratu Ayu Decoration, ranging from selecting decoration models, placing orders, to the transaction process that can be easily done on the website. The website will be developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model. The selection of this model will facilitate understanding and implementation, and is suitable for small-scale applications.
