Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of perceived online fairness on the sense of a virtual community, knowledge contribution Behaviour, and online community citizenship Behavior. This research was conducted on one of the Forsa car communities in Indonesia called Suzuki Forsa Community Indonesia (SFCI). The population of this research is all members of the Suzuki Forsa Community located throughout Indonesia. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected through an online survey using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study was carried out with the Partial Least Square (PLS) structural equation model. This study found that three perceptions of online justice (perceived distribution justice, perceived interpersonal justice, and perceived Information justice) have a significant influence on the sense of community. This is in line with previous research. However, in the perception of procedural justice, different results were found that the perception of procedural justice did not have a significant influence on the sense of community. This can happen due to several factors.
