Abstract
The research aims to analyze the impact of Village Fund Allocation (ADD), Education Level of Civil Servants (JPA), Dependency Ratio (DR), and Health Facilities on the Poverty Rate in Brebes District from 2020-2022 using panel data analysis. Based on model selection tests using the Chow test and Hausman test, the best model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). FEM results show that significant variables are education level of civil servants and dependency ratio, while Village Fund Allocation and the number of health facilities do not significantly affect the poverty rate in Brebes District from 2020-2022. Based on the research findings and discussion, the Brebes Regency government needs to focus on the education level of civil servants and the dependency ratio to reduce poverty.
