Abstract
This study aims to find out the criminal liability and judges' considerations in the crime of violence against children by fathers. There are often criminal acts of violence against children by fathers, one of which is in the case of decision number 165/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Pwd. The case occurred in 2022 in Grobogan district. This study uses a qualitative data analysis method, with descriptive research, using secondary legal data obtained through literature study data collection techniques. The results of this study show that the perpetrator is able to take responsibility for the crime he has committed. And also the judge's consideration has been in accordance with the elements of the article charged to the perpetrator of the crime of violence against children by the father.
