Abstract
Fast Cargo is a business in the field of entrustment services that purchases Indonesian goods sent to Japan. The development of the world of information and communication has brought changes to the world of marketing, one of which is social media marketing Instagram is no exception, which is used as a marketing medium by the entrusted service (jastip) @fast_cargo_official_ The purpose of this research is to determine the use of Instagram as a marketing medium in the entrusted service business @fast_cargo_official. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using purposive sampling techniques. This research uses 5 concepts from marketing strategy, namely Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Personal Selling and Direct Marketing and uses the theory of The Circular Model of Some. This research uses an interview method with sources to collect data. Based on the results of research and discussions, it is known that using Instagram social media as a promotional medium can provide extraordinary benefits for Fast Cargo delivery services, which can be seen from the number of users of this delivery service.
