Abstract

Designing the Athlete's House building with a Smart Building approach in the city of Surakarta is an innovative step in combining modern technology with city infrastructure. Apart from functioning as a residence for athletes, this building is also a symbol of sporting achievements and community welfare. The Smart Building approach aims to improve building management efficiency, occupant comfort and environmental curiosity. This research explains design steps that include the integration of advanced technology such as energy management systems, the use of environmentally friendly materials, and architectural design that pays attention to health and safety. In addition, the use of environmentally friendly materials such as recycled materials and green technology is expected to reduce environmental impacts. Ergonomic and environmentally friendly architectural design is also the main focus for creating a healthy and comfortable environment for residents. Thus, designing the Athlete's House using a Smart Building approach in the City of Surakarta not only provides modern and comfortable living facilities for athletes, but also has a positive impact on energy management, the environment and the welfare of residents.
