Abstract
The agricultural sector will still develop. Ngawi Regency has potential in this regard. Agricultural products in Ngawi Regency include food crops, fruit, vegetables and other commodities. However, this potential has not yet been optimized properly. One example is the lack of marketing places to market crops to farmers or farmer groups and the lack of market signals for farmers. As a result, in other areas there is a shortage of agricultural commodities, while in production centers there is overproduction. To meet the needs for marketing, promotion and distribution of agricultural products, it will be useful to design an Agribusiness Sub Terminal. In addition, the Ngawi Regency government's aim to improve the agricultural industry is the basis of this planning. Transit-oriented development, also known as “Transit-oriented development” is regional development that involves a variety of urban activities and local and regional connecting functions. This area is equipped with infrastructure and facilities for pedestrians and public transportation. The goal is to create a sustainable, inclusive and environmentally friendly city by combining effective public transportation with smart land use. Key words : agribusiness sub terminal, transit oriented development, ngawi
