Abstract
The counseling guidance teacher (BK) in implementing guidance and counseling services at SMP Negeri 02 Rejang Lebong has a tough task. This is because in addition to providing guidance and counseling to students, counseling teachers are also responsible for administrative activities such as recording personal data, violations, and student counseling results. Currently, the administrative activities of counseling guidance are still carried out manually, which has weaknesses such as less effective, prone to human error, and difficult to store and secure documents. The purpose of this research is to build a web-based counseling guidance administration information system at SMP Negeri 02 Rejang Lebong. The method used was the Waterfall method with stages consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. System implementation uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and Filament to facilitate interface creation, the database uses MYSQL, and Laragon as a web server. The system is tested using the Black box testing method, based on 10 test items the system functionality works well and the results are as expected. Testing also uses SUS (System Usability Scale) and produces a score of 74, which indicates that the system is categorized as good and acceptable to users.
