Abstract

Modern resort design requires an approach that considers environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. Boyolali, with its natural richness, is an ideal location for developing an eco-green building concept resort with Scandinavian architecture, known for its simplicity, functionality, and closeness to nature. The goal of this design is to create an eco-friendly resort that optimally utilizes the surrounding natural potential. The methods used include literature study, local context analysis, field research, and concept design development. The result is a resort design that integrates eco-friendly materials, rainwater management systems, renewable energy, and open spaces harmonious with nature. The resort is equipped with natural beauty facilities and features simple yet elegant buildings using natural materials, maximizing natural lighting and cross ventilation. The landscape is designed to support biodiversity and relaxation. This resort is expected to become a tourist destination and a model of sustainable architecture in Indonesia.
