Abstract

Recovery of state financial losses resulting from criminal acts of corruption is very important in eradicating corruption. To recover the state's financial losses, this can be done by paying replacement money. However, the implementation of the payment of replacement money was not effective because the convict did not pay the replacement money. So a problem arises for the Executing Attorney in executing the payment of replacement money to recover state financial losses. The formulation of the research problem is what are the obstacles of the Sukoharjo District Attorney Executor in settling arrears in compensation for corruption cases, how is the implementation of settlement of arrears in payment of replacement money for corruption cases at the Sukoharjo District Prosecutor's Office, and how is the Islamic Law review of additional monetary penalties? Replacement (Compensation) for perpetrators of Corruption Crimes This research aims to determine the obstacles faced in resolving arrears in payment of replacement money at the Sukoharjo District Prosecutor's Office, to find out the implementation of resolving arrears in payment of replacement money at the Sukoharjo District Prosecutor's Office, and to find out and analyze additional penalties in the form of Replacement Money (Compensation) in Corruption Crimes seen from the perspective of Islam Law perspective.
