Abstract
Klithikan Notoharjo Market is a traditional market where sellers and buyers can bargain directly for used goods sold at Klithikan Notoharjo Market, such as clothing, vehicle spare parts, clothing, electronic goods, and so on. located at Jalan Sungai Serang I No. 313, Semanggi, Pasar Kliwon District. This market was established in 2006. Klithikan Notoharjo Market started opening at disorganized, lack of attention to the surrounding environment, and the negative impact of the presence of rubbish in several corners of the market, which causes the surrounding environment to become unhealthy and dirty. This data was obtained by conducting direct observations and interviews with traders and buyers at the Klithikan Notoharjo market. Therefore, it is necessary to redesign this market which includes expanding the movement space according to standards, arranging the types of merchandise, and kiosk designs that comply with standards. The redesign of the Klithikan Notoharjo Market with a Modern Architecture approach is expected to be able to overcome existing problems and carry out its function optimally. With this concept, it is hoped that the market can provide comfort for users and contribute to problem solving.
