Abstract
Companies engaged in sales distribution depend on the system or business process that is run, whether it is going well or vice versa. To get profit (profit) the company must be able to increase competitiveness, and minimising the cost of large products will illustrate that a company can survive longer.This study was conducted to determine the most dominant consumer satisfaction factors in consumers of the Oliver Apparel jersey company. These consumer satisfaction factors include promotional factors, product quality, service, and price. The factors of customer satisfaction in this study include promotional factors, product quality factors, service factors, price factors. Based on the results of respondents‘ responses regarding the variable promotion factor at the Oliver Apparel jersey company, the average result is 71%, which indicates that the promotional factors provided based on the respondents’ answers are high. While the results of the analysis of the service factor state that the high service factor at the Oliver Apparel jersey company shows an average result of 83%, the results of this study can be concluded that the service at the Oliver Apparel jersey company based on the answers of respondents is high.
