Abstract

Putra Ada Jaya is a company that produces printed rayon fabric as raw material for making clothes. There are several problems experienced by this company, including the number of sales of rayon fabric which fluctuates and tends to decline as well as marketing which is not optimal. The aim of this research is to analyze internal and external factors. Then develop alternative strategies that suit the company's conditions. Then sort the strategic alternatives based on their attractiveness value. Therefore, the author uses the Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) methods. Based on data processing and analysis, the IFE value was 2.786 and the EFE was 2.379. So it can be said that the company is located in cell V, which means the strategy used is hold and maintain. Then, using the SWOT matrix, 9 alternative strategies can be obtained that can be applied to Putra Ada Jaya. Meanwhile, in the QSPM matrix, based on the TAS value, the most interesting strategy to implement is strategy 6, namely "Using social media to expand marketing coverage" with a TAS value of 6.03. Meanwhile, in second place there is strategy 1, namely "Maintaining product quality" with a TAS value of 5.98. Then in third place with a TAS value of 5.74, namely strategy 5 "Preparing SOPs that suit the company's conditions".
