Abstract

Businesses that process fabrics into ready-to-wear clothes using threads and needles are known as sewing services. Emi Tailor's sewing business currently does not use digital technology or a system to process customer orders and bookkeeping. As a result, there is a possibility that they forget to complete the customer's stitching according to the given deadline. Technology has an important role in ensuring the continuity of MSME businesses, starting from the marketing stage to the production process, where technology needs become very vital. The development of this website-based information system will include features to manage transactions, expenses, and storage, with the aim to facilitate data management and bookkeeping for business owners. In addition, the system will also provide information about Emi Tailor's sewing business and allow customers to monitor their sewing process. The SDLC waterfall method is considered ideal in the process of designing and creating applications, especially for projects that have low risk and require relatively short development time. The testing phase uses black box by observing the input and output results of the software without accessing the code script directly. Other tests use the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess the usability of the software. The black box result found no significant errors. SUS test result show an average score of 79, which is included in the Excellent category with a grade C, and is considered acceptable.
