Abstract
The basic and serious K3 problem is the high number of industrial accidents which tends to increase every year and is accompanied by a high death rate. The construction of lecture buildings by UMS professionals is a construction project that applies K3 regulations relating to the level of labor productivity. In its implementation, the work involves several K3 elements. In lecture construction projects with UMS professionals, the impact of K3 on work productivity is not yet known and needs to be studied in relation to the level of work productivity. This research uses simple regression analysis as the method and SPSS as the test tool. To collect data, researchers used a questionnaire which was answered by 30 people including 24 workers, 2 implementers, 1 field supervisor, 1 admin, 1 contractor and 1 technical staff. This research uses K3 and worker productivity as variables. Before data collection, the researcher first conducted interviews to collect initial data from 10 respondents and carried out instrument tests to ensure that the data distributed was valid and reliable. Furthermore, indicators that influence worker productivity are PPE, workload, work safety, communication and support. After that, questionnaires were given to 30 people to be tested for normality, linearity, simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of K3 research have a positive influence of 13.9% on work productivity. The results of this research can be used by companies to encourage increased implementation of K3 and also increase employee productivity.
