Abstract

The background of this research is that in the current era, there are many cases that happen to students, especially in getting used to Islamic things such as being involved with gangs and lack of attention from parents towards their children. Parents feel anxious if their children take part in martial arts, they are afraid they will become naughty and act out of control. Therefore, at Tapak Suci College, the values of Islamic religious education are instilled so as to minimize teenagers being involved with gangs and causing trouble. The problem that is the focus of this research is how to implement the instillation of Islamic religious education values, what Islamic religious education values are contained, and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for instilling Islamic religious education through the Extracurricular Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah at the Mamba'ul Islamic Boarding School Ullum Muhammadiyah Andong. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the instillation of Islamic religious education values, the values of Islamic religious education contained therein, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling Islamic religious education values in students through the Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah Extracurricular program in Pondok Mamba'ul Ullum Muhammadiyah Andong Islamic Boarding School. This type of research is qualitative field research. The data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation methods. Data analysis uses 3 methods, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that: 1) The implementation of instilling the values of Islamic religious education in the Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah Extracurricular at the Mamba'ul Ullum Muhammadiyah Andong Islamic Boarding School is carried out in a sequence of processes: student conditioning, opening followed by cult, warm-up, provision of materials, cooling, and covering. 2) The values of Islamic religious education contained in Tapak Suci Putera Muhammadiyah Extracurricular activities at the Mamba'ul Ullum Muhammadiyah Andong Islamic Boarding School include: aqidah values, sharia values, and moral values. 3) Supporting factors in instilling religious education values Islam means that the school supports all extracurricular activities, students can follow role models from both PAI teachers and extracurricular coaches, and training facilities are adequate. The inhibiting factors are that students sometimes lack enthusiasm in participating in training and there is a lack of training hours provided by the school.
