Abstract

Construction projects often involve high risks, and workplace accidents are a serious issue in the construction industry. This research aims to evaluate the impact of implementing and the level of productivity of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) in the Revitalization Project of Jongke Market in Surakarta. The research method encompasses both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Data were analyzed using classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS v.25 software. The results of the F-test indicate that the overall implementation of SMK3 affects the productivity of work on the project, with the SMK3 implementation variable significantly influencing work productivity. Based on the effectiveness level of implementing SMK3 in the Revitalization Project of Jongke Market in Surakarta, according to the analyzed data, it falls under the SATISFACTORY level with an achievement percentage of 89.2%, which is in accordance with Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012.
