Abstract

The Abstract Handwritten Batik SME Pandono is a business involved in the abstract batik industry. Located in the Batik Village of Laweyan, the purpose of this research is to analyze the conditions of the Abstract Handwritten Batik SME Pandono in terms of legal, marketing, technical, and financial aspects. Additionally, the study aims to analyze business development strategies using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method. The research results indicate a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 175.381.657, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 41%, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) of 3.49, and a Payback Period (PP) of 1.33, suggesting a return time of 1 year and 4 month, making the business viable. Sensitivity analysis results, assuming a 10% increase in variable costs, a 4% decrease in revenue, and the combination of both assumptions, also show that the business is feasible. According to the Business Model Canvas (BMC) method, some additions to the BMC elements are required to further develop the Abstract Handwritten Batik SME Pandono.
